Returns Policy
You have one calendar day to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt, shipping voucher, and proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Do not return your product before contacting us otherwise we might not be able to accept the return.
Refunds Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund that might take few days depending on the method of refund and other policies.
In case of a late shipping, We will initiate a refund if your order did not reach your address with 15 business days if the shipping if within Lebanon, or 90 days worldwide.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent BouShanab.com from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
